Due to changes in business priorities, we've discontinued the Arrow Authenticator app as of May 13, 2024. If you still have the app installed and use it for protecting your Arrow account with 2FA, you need to turn off 2FA and fully remove the Arrow Authenticator app. We can't guarantee the Arrow Authenticator app will function properly, and it might lead to login issues. If you want to use 2FA to log in to Arrow, you can download a separate authenticator app, like Google or Microsoft Authenticator.
Use 2-factor authentication (2FA) to log in to your Arrow account
In most situations, you don't need to do anything regarding this discontinuation. Arrow Authenticator isn't the Arrow password manager app. Arrow Authenticator was a separate app used only for 2-factor authentication (2FA).
You can still use the authenticator feature in the Arrow password manager app to protect logins stored in your Arrow account with 2FA. If you had both the Arrow Authenticator and the main Arrow app on the same mobile device before May 13, you can still find your 2FA tokens in the Authenticator section of the main Arrow app. If you want to use 2FA to log in to Arrow, you can download a separate authenticator app, like Google or Microsoft Authenticator.
