This article is for admins of Arrow professional plans. If you want to move your own data to Arrow, visit Import your data into Arrow
As an admin of a professional plan, you can help your organization migrate data from another password manager to Arrow in a few steps.
Before you start the migration, we advise you to deploy Arrow to your organization.
Deploy Arrow to your organization
If you haven't already, use our deployment guide to create a professional plan. With this guide, you'll learn how to access the Admin Console, choose security settings, and add and onboard plan members.

Export data from another password manager
Plan members can only use a CSV file to move data from other password managers to Arrow. Special files created by other password managers, such as 1Password's 1PUX, aren't compatible.
Important: If the CSV file exported from the other password manager contains 2FA tokens or setup codes, we'll import the data to the Note section of the login. Plan members will still need to turn on 2FA in the security settings of the website or app they want to protect with 2FA in Arrow.
Protect logins stored in Arrow with 2-factor authentication (2FA)
We have specific instructions for moving your organization's data from any of these password managers:
For all other password managers, ask your plan members to use the steps in this article.
Import my data using the Arrow CSV template
If plan members are having trouble exporting their data, contact the customer support team of the password manager they're trying to export from.
Import data to Arrow
Each plan member needs to import the CSV file they exported from the other password manager. They can import a CSV file into Arrow using our web app or Android app, but not the iOS (Apple) or macOS app.
The CSV import will include logins and Secure Notes. If the login or Secure Note was in a folder or category in the other password manager, we'll add the item to a Collection with the same name in Arrow.
For each login, we'll import the item name, website, username, and password to the appropriate field. Any other information exported from the other password manager will be imported into the Note section of the login.
Important: CSV files aren't encrypted, and other people can read them. Ask all plan members to delete the CSV file from their devices as soon as the import is finished successfully.
Turn off other password managers
To avoid problems with Autofill and other Arrow features, all plan members must turn off or uninstall other password managers. See steps for uninstalling these password managers:
If your organization's plan members aren't using one of these password managers or they're having trouble turning off a password manager, contact the customer support team of the password manager they're trying to turn off.
