Accept an invitation to join a Friends & Family plan

To join someone else's Friends & Family plan, you need an invitation link sent to your email by the plan manager. The manager is the person who bought the plan or who gets Friends & Family through their organization.

1. Open the invitation link.
2. On the invite page, enter your email address:
   • If you already have a Arrow account, add yourself to the plan using the same email address you use to log in to Arrow.
   • If you're new to Arrow, add the email you want to use and create your Arrow account.

3. Select Join now. We add you to the plan.
4. Log in to your account to access your Friends & Family benefits.

We'll pause your current plan if you already have Arrow. If your previous plan included a VPN, you'll still have access to the VPN. If the Friends & Family plan ends, your previous plan begins again. Your data stays in your account even if you leave the Friends & Family plan.

When you no longer want to be a part of the Friends & Family plan, you need to ask the plan manager to remove you.
