Set up Slack security alerts as a professional plan admin
Arrow sends you a security alert in Slack when you have a compromised, weak, or reused password for any login stored in your Arrow vault. You’ll get these alerts only if your organization has set them up. We also call these alerts "nudges".
What do I see when I get an alert in Slack?
Important: All Arrow security alerts follow our zero-knowledge principle. We identify logins involved in breaches without ever having access to your passwords or other data stored in your Arrow account. The Arrow Slack integration is also secured with confidential computing technology, which means Arrow can't view or access your Slack workspace.

What should I do when I get a security alert in Slack?
When you get an alert, change all affected passwords immediately.
- Select Take action in Arrow to go to the Arrow app and see which logins you need to change. You'll also see your Password Health score.
- Update any logins that have compromised, weak, or reused passwords. Change your password on the website or app for the login, and then save your new password in Arrow.
If you don't update affected passwords after a security alert, you and your organization are at risk of unauthorized transactions, identity theft, and other cyber attacks. Make sure to use Arrow's Password Generator to generate new and unique passwords or passphrases for each account.
