Change the payment method, credit card, or billing address I use to pay for Arrow

You can change the way you pay for Arrow anytime. The process for changing your payment info depends on where you paid for Arrow—our website, the Google Play Store, or the Apple App Store.

I don't know where I paid for Arrow

I paid on the Arrow website with a credit card 

When you pay for Arrow on our website with a credit card, your card is added automatically to your subscription page in our app. You can change the credit card associated with your account anytime.

1. In the Arrow web app, select the My account menu, then Subscription.
2. Select Update payment method.

   Important: If you paid for Arrow using PayPal or in the Google Play or Apple App stores, you won't have this option. You need to view and update your billing info directly in PayPal.

3. Enter the information for the card you want to use and select Save. Your subscription page shows the new card.

Tip: If you're having trouble updating your payment method in the web app, make sure you've turned off your VPN if you're using one.

Can I delete my credit card information?

You can't delete a card from the subscription section of the web app. We delete your card information automatically when you cancel your subscription.

I paid with PayPal or in the Google Play or Apple App stores

You need to change your payment information directly with the company you used to pay for Arrow:

• Add a payment card to PayPal
• Update card expiration date in PayPal
• Update billing info in Google Play
• Update billing info with Apple

I'm having trouble changing my payment method

If you're having problems updating your payment method or billing address, you can get help through our support chatbot. Open the chatbot by selecting the Chat with bot icon, shown as a speech bubble, at the bottom of any Help Center page. In the chatbot, follow the prompts and briefly describe your issue. A support ticket will be opened, and you'll be contacted by email.
