If you paid for Arrow on our website with a credit card, you’ll see your billing information in the web app. Select the My account menu and then Subscription, and you’ll see the credit card you used to pay for Arrow.
If you have a paid Arrow plan but didn't pay on our website with a credit card, you'll see a message on the subscription page of the web app that tells you how you paid. The message tells you whether you paid with PayPal, in the Google Play Store on your Android phone or tablet, or in the Apple App Store on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac computer.
If you currently have a Arrow Free account or are on a free trial of a paid plan, you won't see payment information on the subscription page.
Tip: You can also try searching your email for your Arrow receipt, which might contain information about how you paid. Any receipts we send you go to your contact email address, which may not be the same as your Arrow login email or the email you use for PayPal, Google Play, or the Apple App Store.
