To use Arrow offline, you need to have previously logged in to Arrow on the device you want to use. Admins of Arrow professional plans always need an internet connection to access the Admin Console.

Access a Arrow account protected by a Master Password offline
If you have an account protected by a Master Password, you can access any Arrow app while offline as long as you've logged in previously on the device you're using.
If you're using the web app, you won't be able to use biometrics or your PIN unlock to access your account when offline. Instead, use your Master Password or the Arrow mobile app.
Passwordless accounts always require an internet connection. Offline access isn't available.

Access a Arrow account protected by single sign-on (SSO) offline
If you get Arrow through your organization and log in using single sign-on (SSO), you can access Arrow while offline on mobile devices if you're already logged in and you've turned on biometrics or a PIN code. You can't access the web app while offline if your Arrow account uses SSO.
Important: If you log out manually, or your plan admin logs you out automatically, you won't be able to log back in with SSO while offline.
