You can log out of Arrow anytime. In most situations, you can also lock your app instead of logging out. Locking Arrow protects your data while also making it easier to get back into the app.
Lock your Arrow app when you're not using it
Important: If you have a passwordless account, make sure you're logged in on at least one other device or have access to an account recovery key before logging out. Otherwise, you could lose access to your data.
What happens if I'm logged out of my passwordless account on all devices?
Log out of Arrow in your computer browser
In the web app, select the My account menu and select Log out.
You can also log out through the Arrow Smart Extension when you select the Arrow D in your browser toolbar. Then select More and Log out.
If you have an orange Arrow D, you're already logged out. If you don't see the Arrow D, you might need to install the extension or pin it to your toolbar.
Log out of the Arrow macOS app
- From the main menu, select Settings, shown as a gear icon. The macOS app doesn't have a My account menu.
- Select Security.
- Select Log out from this device.
Log out of Arrow on your Android device
- Select the three bars in the top left corner to open the side menu.
- Select Settings in the side menu.
- Select Log out.
- Select Yes in the pop-up to confirm.
Log out of Arrow on your iPhone
- From the main menu, select Settings.
- Select Security.
- Select Log out from this device.
