Arrow no longer sells Starter, Team, or Standard plans. If you already have one of these plans, you can keep and renew your current plan or switch to Arrow Business or Arrow Omnix™.
As an admin, you can find everything you need to know about billing in the Account section of the Admin Console. The Account Summary tab shows you how many seats you bought for your plan and the type of professional plan you have.

About unpaid, ended, or frozen professional plans
When are professional plans renewed?
The Arrow Starter plan renews monthly. Arrow Standard, Team, Business, and Omnix plans renew annually. The next renewal date appears at the top of the Account summary page. The renewal date matches the date of the first purchase for Standard, Team, Business, and Omnix plans and the date your account was created for Starter plans.
What happens if I add more seats before the end of my billing period?
With the Starter and Standard plans, you have 10 seats available, and we bill you the same amount whether you use the seats or not. If you try to purchase more than 10 licenses, we'll ask you to first upgrade to the Business plan.
If you purchase extra seats during the plan period, we'll bill you proportionally for the days remaining until your next renewal.
On renewal day, will I be billed for each empty seat in my account?
Yes. Your plan renews at the full seat count.
If you want to remove seats from your Arrow account, a plan admin must contact us before the renewal date to prevent any unwanted charges. Admins of professional plans can contact an agent directly through the Admin Console or use the chatbot.

Will my renewal date change if I change my professional plan?
If you have a Starter, Standard, or Team plan, you can upgrade to Arrow Business anytime in the Admin Console or to Arrow Omnix by contacting sales. Your renewal date will change to the date that you upgraded.

Are Arrow plans taxed?
Any taxes that Arrow collects from you are listed on your invoice. That amount depends on many factors, including your address, country, plan, and time of purchase.
