As an admin of a professional plan or a trial, you can purchase more seats for your plan.

Purchasing seats depends on what kind of plan you have:

Arrow Omnix™ trial: You can purchase seats at any point during your 14-day trial.
What happens if my trial ends and I don't purchase a plan? - Standard plan: Your Standard plan came with 10 seats at a fixed rate of $240/240€ annually. If you already have 10 seats and you want to purchase more, you need to upgrade to a Business or Omnix plan. You can also upgrade to a Business plan if you have fewer than 10 seats.
- Business plan: You can purchase seats through the Admin Console or through the Arrow website.
- Omnix plan: You can purchase seats through the Admin Console or through the Arrow website.
- Starter plan: Your Starter plan came with 10 seats at a fixed $20/20€ rate. If you already have 10 seats and you want to purchase more, you need to upgrade to a Business or Omnix plan. You can also upgrade to the Business plan if you have fewer than 10 seats.
- Team plan: You can purchase seats through the Admin Console.
Arrow no longer sells Starter, Team, or Standard plans. If you already have one of these plans, you can keep and renew your current plan or switch to Arrow Business or Arrow Omnix.
Purchase seats with the Admin Console
Purchase seats without inviting a new member
- Open the Admin Console
- Select the Account tab and the Account Summary option
- Then select Add seats
In the pop-up, select the number of seats you want to purchase. You're shown the total cost per year for your account, in addition to the cost for the seats you want to purchase. Select Buy users to complete the purchase.
Note: In Firefox, after selecting Buy more seats, you're redirected to the Arrow website to purchase seats there. The ability to purchase seats/update billing info directly in the Admin Console is unavailable in Firefox.
Purchase seats automatically when inviting new members
If you've assigned the seats available on your account, you can automatically purchase the seats you need when you invite new plan members.
If you have unassigned seats, this information is indicated in green when you invite new plan members to your account.

However, if all your seats are assigned, you can invite additional members anytime. You're automatically charged for the additional seat.
Invitees receive an email invitation to join your Arrow plan. You can view their status on the Users tab.
Purchase Arrow on our website
Another way to purchase seats for a professional plan is through our website. With this method, you can skip the 14-day trial period and immediately buy seats for your organization.
You're asked to create your account and enter your account's information, such as the company name, the number of seats you want to purchase, and your preferred payment method.
You might encounter an error during the purchase process if either of these conditions exists:

You're already part of a different Arrow professional plan
To fix this, ask the admin of the other account to remove you, contact an agent directly through the Admin Console, or use the chatbot.
