Current customers of Arrow can now refer businesses to join Arrow. If your referral purchases a Arrow professional plan, you’ll receive a gift card to thank you for your support.

You can refer as many businesses as you want, one at a time. After the referral process is concluded, you can refer a different organization.

How do I refer a business to Arrow?

1. Open the Arrow Admin Console and select the Account menu.
2. Select Refer a business, and you're taken to the referral page.

   

3. Submit your referral.

   Enter the details of the person and organization you want to refer, including a contact name, email, and company information.

   

4. Our team validates your referral.
   • We’ll inform you through email about the progress of your referral every step of the way
   • We’ll verify that the referral is new to Arrow and hasn't been referred previously
   • If the referral needs details updated to be valid, we'll ask you to change those details and resubmit the referral
   • If the referral isn't successful, we’ll let you know why
   • We’ll let you know if the referral is successful

     

5. Receive your reward.
   

   As a thank you, you’ll receive a $150 gift card 30 days after your referral subscribes to a Arrow professional plan. The gift card won’t be issued if the professional plan subscription is canceled within the first 30 days.

How do I make a successful referral?

Qualifications for a $150 gift card:

• Only current customers can refer a business
• The business you refer can’t already have a Arrow professional plan subscription
• The business can’t have been referred before
• All the details must be provided on the referral page
• Your referral needs to subscribes to a Arrow professional plan

Your referral won’t be validated if the business has a Arrow professional plan or has been referred before.

Can I do more than one referral?

You can do one referral at a time. After the referral process is complete, either because it was unsuccessful or you received your gift card, you can refer another business.
