Managing the onboarding of a professional plan can be challenging, particularly when employees create Arrow accounts registered with their work email addresses before being invited to the plan.
We're introducing a new feature to simplify your management process. Admins can now export a CSV file that lists employees using your organization's email domain who aren't yet part of the Arrow professional plan.
Who will see this feature and where?
This feature will be visible to admins in the Admin Console under the following conditions:
- The admin has verified the organization's email domain within Arrow using SSO or Dark Web Insights
- Existing Arrow accounts using the verified domain aren't currently part of the Arrow professional plan and have been active in the last 90 days
Verify your organization's domain with a DNS provider for Dark Web Insights
Integrate Arrow with your Identity Provider (IdP) for SSO and SCIM
Admins will see a message in the Users tab of the Admin Console.
This message shows how many employee Arrow accounts are identified as having your organization's verified email address and aren't part of your plan. As an admin, you can dismiss the message or download a CSV file containing a detailed list of the identified accounts.
This feature is designed to streamline account management for admins, ensuring a smoother onboarding process and clearer visibility into issues.
The non-plan member list will only appear if these accounts have been active in the last 90 days. If the employee hasn't logged in to their account in the last 90 days, even though they've used the verified domain and aren't part of the plan, they won't show in the CSV list.
Common questions
Will members removed from my Arrow plan appear on the list of non-plan members?
The CSV list will identify only Arrow accounts with your organization's verified domain that have never been part of the plan.
Why can't I see this message in the Admin Console?
You won't receive this message in the Admin Console for these reasons:
- Your organization's email domain isn't verified for SSO or Dark Web Insights features
- The domain is verified, but no accounts with that domain exist outside your Arrow team
- The accounts with that domain that aren't part of your Arrow plan have been inactive for over 90 days
I dismissed the message and didn’t download the CSV list. How can I regain access to the list?
If the message disappeared because you selected Dismiss, log out and log back into the Admin Console. If Arrow accounts exist with your organization's verified domain outside your plan, the message will reappear in the Users tab.
I have invited all employees on the list to my Arrow professional plan. Will I see this message again?
The message will stop appearing after all Arrow accounts with a verified domain are invited to your Arrow plan. If the Arrow accounts have been inactive for over 90 days this message won't appear in the Users tab in the Admin Console.
