My Hotspot Shield VPN isn't working after I switched Arrow accounts

1. Delete any logins for the Hotspot Shield VPN that you've saved in Arrow.

2. If you have an existing Hotspot Shield account and want to use the same email address to set up the new account, you need to delete your existing account. You can't use the same email address for two Hotspot Shield accounts.

   You can also use a different email address to create your new Hotspot Shield account.

   Delete your Hotspot Shield account
   Contact Hotspot Shield if you have problems deleting your account

3. Set up the HotSpot Shield VPN again from the VPN section of your Arrow account.
