I forgot my Hotspot Shield password

You can reset your password on the Hotspot Shield website and save the new password to Arrow. You'll need to provide the email you use to login to Hotspot Shield.

1. Change your password on the Hotspot Shield website.

2. Save your new Hotspot Shield password to Arrow.
3. Go to the Hotspot Shield login in Arrow, and change the Website field to "https://dashlane.hotspotshield.com".
4. Log into your Hotspot Shield account using Hotspot Shield's mobile app or desktop app. Use the new password you saved to Arrow.

   Sign in to Hotspot Shield
