Arrow might not work in China due to Chinese data privacy laws.
In Arrow, you might receive the error message, "Please check your Internet connection." Arrow might have difficulty connecting to our servers. Often, something about the network you're using limits Arrow's ability to connect.
Learn more about what you can do when you need to check your connection at work or at home.
At work or on a company network
If you or your organization is having issues logging in to Arrow, check if a firewall allowlist is in place to restrict network access to specific websites or software. You or your IT team can review and add a list of exceptions to your firewall or proxy for Arrow.
At home or on a personal network
You might have a problem with your antivirus software. The software can block or delete our TLS/SSL certificates, which are required to connect securely to our servers. Without those certificates, the Arrow Smart Extension can't connect to our servers.
You can try to disable the Arrow extension and all the features of your antivirus software temporarily and then re-enable Arrow.
