Secure your organization with the Arrow Smart Extension
Using the Arrow Smart Extension, the Arrow Omnix™ platform helps secure your organization in two main areas: Omnix Password Management and Omnix Credential Protection.
The Arrow Smart Extension:
- Monitors browser activity to detect potential security risks, using advanced machine learning to identify phishing attempts
- Securely autofills login credentials and passkeys from an encrypted vault and blocks logins when it detects a risk
- Logs, encrypts, and processes user interactions while protecting privacy
- Can be deployed silently across your organization
Available professional plans for organizations include Arrow Standard, Arrow Business, and the Arrow Omnix plan. The Omnix plan gives you access to all the Omnix platform features, while other professional plans give you access to some of the Omnix features.
The Arrow Smart Extension code is now publicly available. This release aims to help IT professionals, developers, and everyone interested in browser extension development. By checking our code, you can also learn about our approach to password management.
While the code has been published, our customer’s data is still securely encrypted, given our zero-knowledge architecture and security principles.

When you go to gravatar.com, you’re asked to create an account or log in to WordPress.com. Gravatar and other services use WordPress so that you can use the same login for several services.
Note: Make sure you use the same email address you use to log in to Arrow to create your Gravatar account. If you see a profile picture, you already have a WordPress account with a profile picture.
After you’ve created or logged in to your account, you can add or change your profile picture on the Manage Gravatars page. Your new profile picture appears in Arrow after a few minutes.
Common questions about the web app and Arrow Smart Extension
Does my data sync across all my devices?
Sync is available for Premium, Friends & Family, Advanced, and professional plans, including trial plans.
When you add or edit data in Arrow, your data syncs on all your devices. For example, if you add an item in the web app, you'll see the item the next time you open the extension or one of our mobile apps.

Can I access my data on the web app without an internet connection?
You can access your data in the web app when offline if you have an account protected by a Master Password and you've previously logged in to Arrow on the device and browser you're using. If you use single sign-on (SSO) to log in to Arrow, you can access your account offline on mobile devices as long as you've previously set up biometrics or a PIN code. Offline access isn't available for passwordless accounts.
Does the web app need any specific configuration for my antivirus or firewall?
Antivirus policies shouldn't impact the web app. Firewall configuration should allow access to the different domains required for the app to sync, update, and more.
