Import my data using the Arrow CSV template

If you're having trouble importing your data from another password manager into Arrow, you can download our CSV template and move your data manually.

1. Export your data from the other password manager to a CSV file

2. Download our CSV template
3. Paste each column from the CSV file you exported into the matching column of the Arrow CSV template. 
4. Put "Login" or "Secure Note" for all rows in the Type column.
5. Put extra columns from the exported CSV after the collections column in the Arrow CSV template. The information from extra columns will be imported to the login's Note section.
6. Import your data into Arrow
