If you see an error message during direct import, select Try again and make sure you're using the correct LastPass account and password. You should see your LastPass data when you log in.
Note: Direct import doesn't work for members of LastPass business plans who log in to their LastPass account with Single Sign-On (SSO). If your organization uses SSO to log in to LastPass, import your LastPass data to Arrow from a downloaded CSV
You should also make sure your Arrow app is up to date.
If you're still seeing an error message or having other problems with direct import, select Import from CSV and try our other import method. Download a CSV file of your LastPass data and import the file to Arrow.
