Sometimes Arrow customers see different data in the app on different devices. Logins or other items might appear in one app but be missing in another. First, check that you're using the same Arrow account in both places. Make sure you've used the same email address to log in. Different email addresses mean separate accounts.
Check which Arrow account you're logged in with
If you're certain you're logged in with the same account on all devices, you might be having a problem syncing your data. Syncing is when changes you make in one Arrow app appear everywhere you use Arrow.
