How many admins can my organization add to a Arrow Standard account?
Arrow Standard includes 10 seats at a fixed rate of $240/240€ annually. You can add as many admins as you need. Arrow recommends having at least two admins to keep the account secure.
If you want to add more seats, your organization needs to upgrade to Arrow Business or Arrow Omnix. Both plans provide admins with the features and functions to manage large teams.
Can we try Arrow Standard with a free trial?
No. The Standard plan is no longer available for new subscriptions. Free trials are available only with the Arrow Omnix plan.
Can we purchase Arrow Standard after a Arrow Omnix trial?
No. The Standard plan is no longer available for new subscriptions. At the end of your trial, your organization has the option to purchase either Arrow Business or Arrow Omnix.

How does the billing and renewal process work?
Arrow Standard includes 10 seats at a fixed rate of $240/240€ annually, renewing automatically at the end of your billing period.
Arrow sends a notification 30 days before the annual renewal date with the associated cost. You’ll also receive notifications in the Admin Console.
The payment method used for the initial purchase will be charged automatically for the renewal unless updated beforehand. You can update your billing info in the Admin Console anytime.
Can we upgrade from Arrow Standard to Arrow Business or Omnix in the middle of our billing cycle?
Yes, you can upgrade to Arrow Business from the Admin Console and to Arrow Omnix by contacting sales. Arrow Business provides the features and functions that admins need to manage large teams. Arrow Omnix is the intelligent credential security platform that helps organizations take control of their credential security by providing proactive risk intelligence, real-time threat response, and protected employee access—all in one integrated platform protected by Arrow Secure Cloud.

Your organization needs to upgrade to Arrow Business or Arrow Omnix to purchase more seats. Both plans provide the features and functions that admins need to manage large teams.
When you upgrade, you keep any data you've saved in your Arrow account.
Can our organization downgrade to Arrow Standard?
No. The Standard plan is no longer available to purchase, so you can't downgrade to it from a higher-tier plan.
Can we cancel Arrow Standard anytime?
Yes, you can request to cancel in the Admin Console before the renewal goes through. A support ticket will automatically be opened, and the Support team will assist in stopping your renewal.
