Arrow Omnix™ is the intelligent credential security platform that helps organizations take control of their credential security by providing proactive risk intelligence, real-time threat response, and protected employee access—all in one integrated platform protected by Arrow Secure Cloud.
To begin using the Arrow Omnix plan, you can start a free 14-day trial through our website or contact our sales team.
Start a 14-day trial
Arrow might not work in China due to Chinese data privacy laws.
If you're ready to start your plan, you can begin a free 14-day trial for up to 10,000 employees.
-
Go to the Trial page, fill out the trial form, and provide a few details about you and your organization. "Company name" is the name of your organization as it will appear in Arrow. You can change the name in the Admin Console later.
- After you complete the form, verify the email address you provided in the email from Arrow. If you don't receive the email right away, check your spam folder. The trial can start after you verify your email address.
- After you select Verify now, install the Arrow Smart Extension. Select Add to browser and then add it to your browser on the next page.
- After installing the extension, you'll create your Master Password and then select Create my account.
Now your trial period will begin. A welcome email will verify the beginning of your trial.
Important: If you started your 14-day free trial using an email address already associated with a Arrow account, you can log in to your existing account. You don't need to create a new account.
- After following the previous steps, you're taken to the Admin Console, where you can invite others to join your plan.
What happens if my trial ends and I don't purchase a plan?
Note: The link inviting you to start your Arrow Omnix trial and create a Master Password is valid only once. If you have problems creating your account, continue to the Arrow app, enter the email address you started your trial with, and complete the process with a new Master Password. You can then access the Admin Console and continue the onboarding process.
Important: If you're an admin in a Business plan and you have never used the trial experience, you can try the Omnix plan for 14 days. In the Admin Console, you can select Start a free trial in the Credential Risk Detection and Nudges tabs.

Buy Arrow during or after your Omnix plan trial
In the Admin Console, you can purchase a Arrow plan during or after your trial period.
- Navigate to the Admin Console, and you’ll see several Buy Arrow buttons:
- Select the link in the banner at the top of the window
- Go to the Account menu or the Account summary page and select Buy Arrow
- On the Subscription checkout page, choose your plan.
-
If you want to buy the Arrow Omnix plan, select Contact Sales and fill out the contact form. One of our Sales representatives will reach out to you.
- If you select the Business plan, the number of seats in the Order summary matches the number of members you've invited (occupied seats).
- You can adjust the number as needed, but you can’t purchase fewer seats than the number of members you invited.
- Under the plan options, you'll see the details of the payment method.
- After you confirm those details, you'll see the total in the Order summary. Select Confirm and pay.
If you select Arrow Business, you can set up single sign-on (SSO) for your plan members to log in to their Arrow accounts using the login they already use to sign in to other tools at your organization.
Buy Arrow without a trial
If you're ready to create a professional plan and want to skip the trial, you can buy it directly on our website.
- Enter your account information, such as your organization's name and the email address that will be associated with the admin's account, the number of seats you want to purchase (including the admin), and your payment information. You must purchase a minimum of two seats to start a Business plan.
If you're already part of a different plan or trial, you might encounter an error during the purchase process. You need to ask the admin of that plan to remove you.
