Arrow professional plans give you access to the comprehensive business features of the Arrow Omnix^™ platform, in addition to providing the convenience and security of Arrow personal plans for all employees.

The Arrow Omnix platform empowers you and your employees to protect your organization against security risks through a combination of secure Password Management and proactive Credential Protection.

Available professional plans for organizations include Arrow Business and Arrow Omnix. The Omnix plan gives you access to all the Omnix platform features, while the Business plan gives you access to some of them.

Arrow no longer sells Starter, Team, or Standard plans. If you already have one of these plans, you can keep and renew your current plan or switch to Arrow Business or Arrow Omnix.

General notes

• Admin-assisted recovery: Biometric recovery isn't available in the web app. Admin-assisted recovery isn't available in the mobile apps or the Arrow macOS app.
• Activity Logs: Basic Activity Logs are available with the Arrow Standard plan. For advanced activity logs, upgrade to Arrow Business or Arrow Omnix.
• 2-factor authentication (2FA): Not available with Business or Omnix plans that use single sign-on (SSO).
• Smart Space Management: Some professional plans don't have Spaces. Without Spaces, members can't export their data. Admins can allow export from the Admin Console.
• VPN for Wi-Fi protection: The VPN isn't available during the free 14-day trial of the Omnix plan.
• Security policies: Control of certain policies isn't available to admins of the Arrow Standard plan. For the advanced features and functions admins need to manage large teams, upgrade to Arrow Business or Arrow Omnix.
• Share work logins and Secure Notes in Collections: If you're an admin of a Starter plan, you can share one Collection. Members of Starter plans can't share Collections.
• Group sharing: If you're an admin on the Starter plan, you can create one sharing group.
