Find out what Arrow plan I have

You can see what Arrow plan you have directly in any Arrow app:

Computer

In the web app, select the My account menu in the upper-right corner. You can see the email address you used to log in and the name of your plan.

Android

Select the 3-line icon in the upper-left corner to open the side menu. You'll see the email address you used to log in and the name of your plan.

iPhone

Select Settings in the bottom menu to see the email address you used to log in and the name of your plan.

The images show a customer with a Premium plan. With all plans, you'll see the plan's name in the same place.
